Connect a wallet

Surge only asks you to sign the swap you build. It never requests a seed phrase or a message signature for login.

Legal

Terms of use

Plain terms for a piece of open-source software. Last updated 2026-09-11.

  1. The service. Surge is an open-source web application and JSON API that reads public blockchain and market data and helps you construct transactions you sign yourself. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
  2. No custody, no advice. Surge never holds your assets or keys and never acts on your behalf. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice.
  3. Your responsibilities. You are responsible for verifying that you may lawfully hold the tokens you trade (see Risk & eligibility), for the wallet you connect, for the approvals you grant, and for every transaction you sign.
  4. Third parties. Prices come from Robinhood and Chainlink; execution goes through Uniswap contracts; data travels over public RPCs. Surge does not control and is not responsible for any of them.
  5. API use. The public API is free and rate-limited. Do not attempt to circumvent limits or use the service to harm others. Availability is not guaranteed.
  6. Intellectual property. The Surge source code is published under the licence in the repository. Robinhood, Uniswap and Chainlink are trademarks of their respective owners; Surge is not affiliated with any of them.
  7. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any loss arising from use of the software, including losses from incorrect data, failed or reverted transactions, or bugs.
  8. Changes. These terms may change; the date above moves when they do.
